Mankato Area Youth Symphony Orchestra
Dr. Rodgers is the Director of Orchestral Studies at Minnesota State University and is stepping into the position of musical director for MAYSO as of Spring, 2009. He earned his Bachelor of Music from the University of Massachusettes in Amherst, his Masters of Music from the University of Illinois/Urbana, and his Doctorate of Music from the University of Kansas. He has performed in Spain, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Kore and Australia as well as over 15 states in the U.S. He teaches privately, as well in the Mankato area.

North Star Strings
Ms. Blair studied violin and music education at the University of Minnesota, and vocal performance at Azuza Pacific University. She is also a certified Suzuki violin instructor and Musikgarten teacher.
She taught at Pasadena (CA)Conservatory of Music and was the founder of Pasadena Conservatory's Girls' Choir. Presently she teaches at the Suzuki School of Mankato and plays violin in the Mankato Symphony.
