Rehearsal Assistant

• Reports directly to the Executive Director

• Runs the set-up and tear down procedures at rehearsals and concerts

• Assists in setting up folders for new sessions

• Makes copies

• Check-in students at auditions

• Stage manager for concerts

  • Resets prelude and transitions in chairs/stands

  • Tells concert timing/order for ensembles to line up
